Lizzie is TNC’s Director of Internal Operations, overseeing the smooth running of the organisation behind the scenes and managing our HR, finance, and admin support teams. Lizzie has been part of the team at TNC since 2008, always involved in back-office functions and ensuring operations run well to support the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Prior to working at TNC Lizzie worked primarily in non-profit organisations where she developed project management and editorial experience alongside solid organisational and management skills. Her career has been built around her abilities at managing complexity and her determination to bring order to company operations so that everyone is working as effectively as possible.
