Senior Commercial Analyst​ – Person Specification 

Experience: 

  • Strong analytical Excel and Power BI skills
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • O365 including Outlook, Teams, advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and written
  • Ideally have previous experience with Network or Tech related bill validation
  • Able to build strong working relations with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Working as part of a team
  • FinOps processes, methodology and experience of Azure, AWS and GCS

Role & Responsibilities: 

This role is to complete commercial analysis for the live network services (primarily WAN, telephony, mobile billing) of TNC customers and examine where TNC can make the processes of this analysis more efficient.

  • Complete accurate and timely bill validation for technology services
  • Build and refresh monthly bill trend reporting through Excel and Power BI
  • Pro-active mindset to investigate any variances with supporting commentary
  • Manage supplier and customer queries to resolution
  • Keep accurate data for inventories and queries
  • Track against team KPIs to ensure service targets are being met
  • Support the wider team with training and best practice
  • Bring your expertise and ideas on how TNC can work more efficiently as a team on the analytical services we deliver
  • Play a supporting role in the setup of FinOps processes
