Due to market shifts since Care UK’s WAN contract was agreed, TNC found a substantial gap in the rates compared to current market pricing for certain services within their contract. Based on this information TNC advised and assisted the customer to engage with the vendor and renegotiate the costs of the WAN estate. The weight of the TNC name, in addition to the market data TNC had provided, resulted in the vendor agreeing to a rate reduction generating substantial savings.
